We are seeking competitive quotations for the supply of John Deere 5503 Tractors (85 HP, 4WD) to support our agricultural operations. Suppliers/dealers are invited to submit their best offers in accordance with the specifications below. Specifications Required • Model: John Deere 5503 (4WD) • Engine: 4.5L, 4-cylinder diesel engine (85 HP at 2,300 RPM) • Naturally aspirated, liquid-cooled • Transmission: Collarshift™ 9 forward + 3 reverse gears • Hydraulics: Lift capacity: 1,500 kg at 24" behind lift points • Dual hydraulic remotes (optional) • PTO: Independent 540 RPM • Tires: Agricultural (9.5-24 front, 16.9-30 rear) • Warranty: Minimum 2-year standard warranty Submission Guidelines • Quote Validity: Minimum 30 days from submission date. • Inclusions: Unit price (per tractor), Delivery timeline • After-sales service terms (maintenance, spare parts availability) • Compliance with [Your Organization’s Procurement Policy, if applicable] • Format: PDF or official company letterhead.
